Earlier this year we were approached by fellow local business owner Christa Packman RMT to build a website for her business, Otonabee Massage & Wellness. The challenge for us was to create a design that was as beautiful and tranquil as her studio and surround space in nearby Baillieboro, just south of Peterborough. Take one look at her photo gallery and you’ll see what we mean. Building off her existing branding, logo and signage, we created a web design that incorporated natural imagery/textures and colour tones to help create relaxing and holistic feel. To keep the user experience stress free we went with a simple menu-forward navigation, 1-2-3 column layouts, all wrapped up in an easy to read and mobile friendly design. To help ensure that clientele would easily find the website online and studio location when needed, we invested some time into the local location maps profile and search engine optimization (SEO).
