Currently, this is my preferred way to create basic 2 or 3 column grid layouts that are both responsive, and usable by those who casual WordPress users, and not HTML/CSS savvy developers. Installing this plugins add a simple tool button to the WYSIWYG editors that uses a short code break content into responsive blocks.
